Its origins date back to 1567 when the entire complex was probably built by incorporating and modifying a previous structure of the Convent of San Francesco di Paola of the Order of the Minims, which remained active until 1866 when it was sold following a royal decree.

The main facade dates back to the end of the nineteenth century, completed in 1883, a date reported in the cartouche above the entrance door.
Entering through the wooden door of the Palace, we are welcomed by a hallway with intersecting vaults where the Spadaro family coat of arms stands out and a pitch stone flooring that continues along the entire staircase leading us to the main floor.
Illuminated by a French window with a small Roman balcony, the landing on the main floor leads us into an entrance hall that connects the living area, with a large dining room, connected to a small terrace enclosed between stone columns and an iron pergola overlooking the garden and a view of the historic center, the kitchens and then the sleeping area.
The main floor remains almost intact, with walls covered in wallpaper and frescoes typical of the second half of the 19th century. The remaining part of the building, including the lower floors, requires renovation.
The property is completed by a convenient parking space within an intimate green corner.
